Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service.
- Process customer orders using the MFG or Oracle system.
- Update customers and management on shipment status by providing backlog reports bi-monthly.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
- Coordinate local and export shipments.
- Prepare and manage delivery documents, including manual and system-generated invoices.
- Facilitate communication and provide timely responses between customers, sales, operations, and factories.
- Generate and review order status reports.
- Compile documents from various sites and functions for financial closing.
- Email and post invoices to customers.
- Oversee and transfer inventory across different sites.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues regarding short shipments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Initiate and follow up on new item creation in the system.
- Prepare weekly forecast figures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently
- Prior experience/knowledge in shipping/incoterms is an advantage
- Experience with ORACLE system is an advantage
