FINANCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE CLINIC

RESPONSIBILITY & JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supporting the clinic’s goals.
Accounting Duties
1. Manage Financial Transactions:
o Process and record daily transactions including payments, receipts, and invoices.
o Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Familiar with AutoCount software would be a BONUS
2. Maintain Financial Records:
o Update and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
o Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors.
o Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
4. Payroll Management:
o Process monthly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
o Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
o Monitor expenditures and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Administrative Duties:
1. Office Management:
o Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
o Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for administrative and financial purposes.
o Generate and submit regular reports to management.
3. Customer Service:
o Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns related to billing and accounts.
o Provide support to patients and staff in a professional manner.
4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
o Safeguard sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality.
5. Administrative Support:
o Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
o Support the management team with special projects and initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
