  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for a Operations Assistant on behalf of its clients in Armenia.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To assist in coordinate with terminals & depots in consolidate daily movements information timely updated in system.
  • To produce WDR & DND report basis of the information updated in system and tallied with the actual activities on weekly basis.
  • Keep track of daily movements of empty containers, create port bookings, and update system.
  • Update and maintain reports, including AR, TDR, CBF, and WDR, and ensure they are accurately reflected in the main system on time.
  • Verify and report depot, trucking, storage, and terminal invoices promptly.
  • To assist on husbandry related matters by coordination the information from vessel owner / ship management towards ship requirement i.e spares, parcels, provision, ship repair and crew superintendent matters.

Education/ Experience/Skills

  • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year and of experience withing logistics industry
  • Able to works odd hours as when require to carry out assigned tasks
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills when under pressure and tight work deadlines
