HR & Operations

  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Manage payroll transactions (payroll calculation, allowance, overtime, incentive and reward program, employee data and time & attendance) accurately and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage employee movements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits schemes and insurance.
  • Ensure compliance to statutory regulatory requirement related to HR include LHDN, KWSP, Sosco, Perkeso, foreign worker & expatriate.
  • Ensure accuracy of CP8D, EA & Form E before submission.
  • Ensure all statutory records are stored and label appropriately for retrieval to support any authority audit.
  • Prepare accurate HR reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage employee data and access rights in the Orisoft System.
  • HR Time Attendance is well maintained to enable retrieval of information where necessary.
  • Group Performance Management cycle is managed efficiently to support annual performance reward.
  • Provide supervision, problem solve, training and guidance in HR, payroll, administration, and IT support.

    Group IT Liaison Person

    • Oversee IT policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Manage and update Group Computer systems and devices.
    • Report on IT system updates and improvement proposals to the Group MD.
    • Collaborate with outsourced IT vendors.
    • Resolve in-house user IT issues.
    • Perform server backups and prepare IT support reports.

  • Minimum a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Min 3-5 years of working experience in human resources, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge and Skill of HR Management such as Employment Legislation and statutory compliance include EPF, Sosco, Income Tax, FW legislation & OSHA, employee integration, performance management process and disciplinary & counselling.
  • Experience as HR Generalist.
  • Possess good writing skills to effectively communicate information and draft clear and concise reports and documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel VLOOKUP) and Social Media.
  • Possess own transport and willing to work at Bukit Raja.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
