  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To assist the Manager/Head of Department in all costs and contracts matters
  • Liaise with all Consultants including Consultant QS on the preparation of tender documents.
  • Check and review estimate costs and tender documents prepared by Consultant QS
  • Review of material specification and cost
  • Evaluate and analyse contractors’ submissions.
  • Administer and involve in the entire tender process to ensure timely award of contract.
  • Perform Value Engineering exercise to optimise the project cost.
  • Preparation of letter of award / Consultants’ appointment
  • Review and prepare of contractors’ and consultants’ payments.
  • Work closely with Project Department in design changes and cost
  • Scrutinize and review variation order and to advise cost optimisation solutions.
  • Attend site meetings and site valuations.
  • Review statements of final accounts
  • Establish cost database.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
