- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lauches.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct process validation and qualification activities.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for new products and processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by the manager as and when required.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum related discipline Diploma qualification or higher.
- 3 to 5 years experience in NPI engineering.
- Good knowledge in CAD/CAM AutoCAD.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
