Junior Supply Chain Executive (Shipping exp must have)

Shipping Task:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of goods.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to organize shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export/import permits, and customs clearance paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the relevant team to ensure timely availability of goods for shipment.
• Stay current with shipping regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to international trade laws.
• Handle customs documentation and clearance processes for international shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving shipping-related concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Purchasing Task :

• Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply issues.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies without compromising product quality or service levels.
• Liaise with superior for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.

Warehouse Task:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order as needed
• Inventory stock check every month ,update into system (CMMS and SAP)
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
• Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock turnover ratio.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization, layout, and workflow efficiency.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and other warehouse-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,930.95 - RM3,676.13 per month
