  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the R&D Centre to align with company objectives.
  • Lead the R&D team to achieve innovation goals and drive product development.
  • Oversee research projects aimed at developing new technologies and products.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
  • Manage R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D outcomes into business operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the R&D Centre at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team.
  • Promote professional growth and development opportunities for team members.
  • Develop and manage the R&D Centre’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Secure funding and grants to support R&D initiatives.
  • Analyze research data to inform strategic decisions and improve R&D processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on R&D activities and outcomes to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or technology.
  • Experience: 5 years and more experience with proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and managing a research team.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Preferably in Chocolate or Beverage / Food industries are encourage to apply
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
