  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Attending and verifying customer Warranty Claim (from Proton, Perodua, Toyota)
  • Timely provide customer feedback on Warranty Analysis.
  • Verifying defective parts return.
  • Provide feedback to JB HQ on defective part verification results.
  • Attending to customer complaint & service of company product.
  • Conduct audit on parts complaint & provide training to customer on company product range.
  • Supervise technicians.

We are looking for someone with : -

  • Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2- 3 years of working experience in automotive industries.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.
  • Innovative and good analytical mind

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,200.00 per month
