We are currently seeking for Accounting Interns to join our team. The successful candidates will have the opportunities to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance.
This role involves assisting the accounts department in preparing a full set of accounts, managing credit control, maintaining cash books and ledgers, and reconciling invoices. You will also be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, entering financial transactions into internal databases, and ensuring the accuracy of spreadsheets.
In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining both digital and physical financial records, reviewing payroll documents, and managing stock count and inventory etc. You’ll liaise with various stakeholders and provide assistance in inventory management and other departments as needed. Ad-hoc assignments may also be part of your role.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree / diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail with ability to multitask.
- Able to communicates & interact effectively.
- Willingness to learn.
