Job Scopes : -

Work with marketing members for new project bidding and provide technical advice for marketing members.
Direct and manage coating project development from beginning to end.
Liaise with customer to understand customer expectation.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.
Responsible for sample submission included all document require to customer for approvals.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of coating projects (NPI).
Ensure the work progress according to FA shipment schedule and complete before delivery date.
Support better management reporting, information flow, and process in within the operation department.
To minimize the labor cost by increase the productivity, efficiency and process control while comply customer quality expectation.
Generate the Monthly Report & department KPI.
Be the lead to work out the DFM, FMEA, PCP, WI & PI for new product coating and review from time to time to ensure the effectiveness.
Work with Engineer to evaluate and improve processes in order to improve Quality and Output.
Generate the report assign by superior or management.
Ensure the 5S activities.

All you need to know : -

We are looking for someone with : -

Bachelor's degree in engineering or subject related to industry or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience relevant to specific industry often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
