Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
- Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.
Job Description:
- Assists in overall supervision of the contract agencies to ensure all operations meet legal requirements.
- Follow up invoice from admin section related supplier and prepare monthly payment report to account within time frame.
- Assists to review OSH policy, procedure, safety operating procedure (SOP), OSH form, JSA and etc.
- Assist to organizing and promoting OSH program at workplace.
- Organize and conduct Safety & Health Committe meeting and prepare its minutes meeting.
- Prepare monthly Safety & Health Report and ensure all the potential improvement being addressed timely.
