Reporting to the Group Human Resource Director, the Senior HR Executive is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function of the company. This professional is required to lead the local Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-orientated; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HRM and HRD functions including manpower planning, talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
- To establish and maintain the HR policies and procedures to ensure the internal controls are maintained
- Align HR strategies and initiatives in supporting the Company’s business objectives and goals
- Communicate changes in policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed
- Work closely with various departments to provide HR support
- Oversee the complete payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting
- Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line to business needs and in accordance with local labour legislations
- Investigates grievances and/or complains from employees for the purpose of reaching resolutions that provide healthy work environment
- Responsible for day-to-day operational issues relating to administrative matters
- Oversee the administrative functions such as office supplies, facilitates management/maintenance, supplier management/negotiation and proper housekeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Good communication skills; written and oral
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Software
- Good knowledge of current HR practices, programmes and applicable laws
- Bachelor’s degree required.
