Senior Account Executive

• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts for five different companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for each company.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with tax agents to provide necessary financial information and documentation, ensuring compliance and potential tax savings for the companies.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
