Position Title : Export Sales Manager
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Location: Shah Alam
Salary Range: Up to RM13000
Duties and Responsibilities:
Discuss, maintain, and nurture professional relationships with clients, distributors,
and customers across Europe, Oceania, and Asia regions.
Keep distributors updated on new company products and collaborate with them to
develop new products tailored to regional demands.
Develop and manage processes and procedures to support distributor operations,
including A&P, stock management, and product visibility, ensuring target
achievements and executing promotional support.
Enhance business terms, marketing activities, and overall stock control to optimize
sales performance and achieve business plans.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating
opportunities and ensure sustainability management.
Analyze market intelligence reports to identify new business opportunities and
maintain an efficient portfolio.
Provide necessary training and presentations to distributors and their staff to
enhance their understanding of company products.
Manage monthly collections closely and supervise the Export Team to ensure KPIs
are met, providing timely problem-solving solutions.
Supervise the Shipping Team to ensure smooth freight arrangements and prevent
delivery disruptions.
Participate in preparing contracts with suppliers and distributors according to
respective countries' regulations.
Prepare monthly sales reports, conduct quarterly KPI reviews, deliver management
presentations, and contribute to yearly business plans and other requested reports or
analyses.
Contribute to risk management by identifying potential risks for the Export
Department and drafting and registering related SOPs.
Participate in company Food Safety Team activities to ensure Export Department
compliance with BRC requirements.
Plan and manage overseas exhibitions to promote and expand into new markets,
providing support to distributors participating in exhibitions.
Undertake the responsibilities of the Head of Department when necessary or in their
absence.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the Export Department as they arise.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Fast-Moving
Consumer Goods (FMCG) export industry.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to enquiries and follow-ups.
Excellent communication and business development skills.
Self-driven, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
Immediate availability is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
