Job Responsibilities:

Incident Management

  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Troubleshooting

  • Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix application errors.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and enhance performance.

System Maintenance:

  • Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates or patches.
  • Manage and optimize database performance and security.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development teams to provide feedback on application functionality and user experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss system enhancements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in application maintenance/production support on Open Systems and Windows.
  • Strong knowledge of database (SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with application frameworks (e.g., .NET)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
