Job Responsibilities:
Incident Management
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
Troubleshooting
- Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix application errors.
- Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and enhance performance.
System Maintenance:
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates or patches.
- Manage and optimize database performance and security.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with development teams to provide feedback on application functionality and user experience.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss system enhancements.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in application maintenance/production support on Open Systems and Windows.
- Strong knowledge of database (SQL Server).
- Familiarity with application frameworks (e.g., .NET)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
