  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

At GSC, you will play an important role in planning, executing, and conducting various training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the business needs. This role involves managing both internal and external training, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining training records.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute induction training programs for head office (HO) and cinema employees
  • Design, implement, evaluate and update training programs to be industry-relevant, engaging, and up to date
  • Collaborate with department heads on training programs and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Contribute to the formulation of initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Participate in developing the annual training calendar and budget, ensuring timely and cost-efficient program execution
  • Update training records and assign courses to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of L&D experience working in the retail and/or F&B industry
  • Candidates with prior experience in HR will have an added advantage
  • Train-The-Trainer Certification by HRDF is an advantage
  • Experience in conducting other relevant F&B and retail training is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (expert in Excel & PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Able to start immediately at GSC HQ office in Damansara Jaya
