Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Moby Money Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for selling insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients and businesses. • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients and assist in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Handle policy renewals, modifications, and claims processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new insurance products.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field or Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
