Part-Time Retail Associate (One Utama)

The Retail Associate (Part-Time) is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals
• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style
• Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
• Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards

Are you the right person that we are looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;
• Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;
• At least one year experience in retail industry;
• Preferable with working experience in sports retail;
• Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;
• Sales-oriented and good communication skill;
• Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM10.00 - RM15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
