Admin Assistant Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitating Communication: Executive assistants are the primary contact between executives and employees, customers, vendors or external stakeholders. They are responsible for managing communications, screening calls and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive.
  • Schedule Management: Executive assistants manage executives' schedules, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events. They prioritize and optimize executives' time to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Administrative Support: Administrative Assistants handle a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing documents, drafting emails, managing files and handling office logistics. They ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Information Management: Administrative assistants organize and maintain important data, documents and records. They also conduct research, prepare reports and provide relevant information to assist executives in making informed decisions.
  • Travel Arrangements: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for making travel arrangements, including booking airfare, lodging, and ground transportation, to ensure that executives' business trips run smoothly.
  • Task Coordination: They assist in coordinating projects, liaising with team members, and following up on action items to ensure that projects stay on track.
  • Confidentiality and Trust: The Administrative Assistant handles sensitive and confidential information and must exercise the highest degree of discretion and trustworthiness to maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem Solving: The Executive Assistant helps to resolve challenges and issues as they arise, finding solutions to ensure that the executive's goals are met efficiently.
  • Screening Visitors: They manage the flow of information and people, screening requests and visitors to ensure that executives' time is maximized and optimized.
  • Building Relationships: The Administrative Assistant establishes and maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
