  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is an International Air Freight Forwarding MNC, located in KLIA Sepang. Currently seeking talent for their business expansion.

  • Objective: Responsible for station's P&L through freight planning and operations management.
  • Oversee freight planning, pricing functions, and rate negotiations with airlines and agents.
  • Liaise with airlines/agents to secure space and competitive rates, meeting customer requirements on pricing, transit time, and routing.
  • Forecast and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and timely execution.
  • Regularly update pricing, schedules, and airline discrepancies in the system database.
  • Support sales and solutions teams (local and regional) by providing timely airline rate inquiries.
  • Address discrepancies with airlines, including delayed arrivals, missing cargo, and damages.
  • Ensure timely submission of claims for airline-related damages or delays.
  • Supervise warehouse operations in the airport free zone, ensuring compliance with safety, customs, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, optimizing labor, equipment, and resources for efficient operations.
  • Communicate shipment status, operational updates, and KPIs to clients, ensuring transparency and resolving cargo handling issues.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and regions to improve operational performance and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Other relevant job tasks to achieve business objectives and customers' satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
