Quality Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with MSQH Accreditation Standards

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Reports to top management on the performance of the Quality Management Program and need for improvement.

Ø Ensures with the assistance of HODs, the promotion of awareness of customer requirements and the HIR culture throughout the organization.

Ø Liaise with external parties such as certification bodies and authorities.

Ø Reports on the performance of the quality system to the organization for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.

Ø Periodic critical review of quality performance level for all quality activities and quality improvement initiatives for the organization and to report these findings and recommendations to CEO of the Hospital and to the Head of Quality and Clinical Department.

Ø Liaise with the MDAC Chairman and PIC on all commitment related issues.

Ø Coordinate the implementation of various clinical and patient safety related programs such as Infection Control, Mortality Assessment, Adverse outcome of procedures, Incident Reporting and etc with the assistance of the Medical Affairs Executive, Medical Advisory Council and Hospital Management.

Ø Monitor MSQH standards compliance on an ongoing basis, maintaining a constant state of readiness for survey.

Ø Oversees all relevant hospital committees to ensure that quality activities and quality improvement efforts are coordinated.

Ø To adhere to strict confidentially when dealing with any issues deemed confidential in the hospital.

Ø To perform such other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the CEO or designated representative on behalf of the Management.

Ø Any other task allocated by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
