Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls, text messages, and emails from customers.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within time limits; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Technical Support department.
  • Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoints
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
