Security & CCTV Technician

Job description

• Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
• Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
• Provide security alarm services.
• Support users of CCTV & security system.
• Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV &Security systems.
• Assist with access door and security systems
• Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
• Meet with Loss Prevention and IS Supervisors daily to receive areas of concentration and special assignments.
• Perform all delegated tasks assigned by Loss Prevention and Information Services management.
• Adhere to Corporate standards as stated in departmental training manual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma / Degree in any equivalent field
• Candidate must possess own transport preferably motorbike
• Required knowledge in service and maintenance of CCTV & security alarm services.
• Willing to travel to outstation frequently
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong conversational and rapport building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
