Floor staff operations

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Service Associate to join our restaurant team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have. You will also facilitate communication between guests and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm smile and guiding them to their tables.
• Managing reservations and accommodating walk-in diners.
• Taking note of special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Assisting servers by relaying orders and ensuring timely service.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and resetting tables as needed.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
