Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Account Payable & Receivable, Monthly Reports.
  • Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
  • Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
  • Develop and update Admin system to be more efficient
  • To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
  • liaison between external supplier and customers on documentation
  • Payroll and Benefits Admin
  • Arrange company event if necessary

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
