Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients in the evolving telemedicine landscape.
- Analyze market dynamics and contribute insights to refine our startup's business development strategy.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Spearhead lead generation initiatives to identify and engage with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to establish a robust pipeline of early-stage business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with early adopters and clients, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
- Actively gather feedback to enhance our telemedicine solutions and adapt to the evolving needs of our client base.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve initial revenue targets.
- Showcase the unique value proposition of our startup through engaging presentations and outreach efforts.
5. Negotiation and Contract Closure:
- Lead negotiations with early clients and partners, ensuring win-win agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and maintain compliance with startup policies.
6. Reporting
- Regularly report to your superior on market insights, sales reports, and other required reports
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in the related field (Business/Marketing)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for innovation and a keen understanding of telemedicine and emerging healthcare trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Independent and Creative
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as Business Development Executive preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
- Available immediately.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
