Procurement Executive

Job Description : 1. Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to purchase order generation. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during procurement activities. 3. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities. 4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings. 5. Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards. 6. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. Qualifications : 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity. Those with exposures in waste management sectors will be an added advantage. 3. A team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is a must; additional language skills are an advantage. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 6. Good problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.
