To lead, develop and coach Branch salesforce to effectively execute field sales & key account activities to drive sustainable growth and enhance market share by continuously increasing Winning Stores through WIES in East Malaysia. Lead an effective sales operations team by providing creative and innovative leadership in the execution of sales programs to meet or exceed Division objectives within his region of responsibilities. Accountable & responsible for overall Branch thruput sales performance by category - Set timely and reflective sales targets for respective Branch - Effective utilization of the ICD funds - allocation breakdown & monitor utilization Outlet universe coverage - Review outlet coverage strategy & Route-To-Market - Review overall strike rate by Region on monthly basis - Sets direction & priorities by region based on updated customer database - Review sales structure & resource planning by region Product Distribution, WIES Standards & In Store Execution - Review channel must-have-list with respective Sales Team - Identify and drive improvements for WIES execution according to Region - Reinforce effective usage of POS materials and ensure old ones are replaced with new ones - Accelerate new products listing & ensure product on shelf Winning with Customers (Being the respected supplier) - Guide & support Sales team in region customer management - Accelerate Perfect Store recruitment - Facilitate & coach the Sales Team to conduct Quarterly Business Review Market Hygiene - Reinforce best practice of FEFO in outlets to ensure products are fresh/clean for sales during trade visit - Random audit & proper disposal of old POSM at LTPs during trade visit Drive implementation & maintenance of sales initiatives at customer level. - Perform random audit on KMA, promotional activities & in-store activation - Monthly review of Retailer Engagement Program (REP) - Perform random audit on Long Term Space Buy (LTSB) contract People development, training needs & succession planning - Review JSP content regularly - Drive channel Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on yearly basis - Provide nomination for training courses as per PDP - Review & refine onboarding program for new recruits - Retention & development of identified talent Portfolio Management & Project Assignment - Roadshows - Engage in ICP planning process - Manage sales-related projects
