  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Painting Assistant Manager
Salary Range: Up to RM10000
Industry: Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities within the Painting Department
  • Monitor progress and provide updates on ongoing projects
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance systems for painting processes
  • Identify risks and plan for improvements
  • Propose and execute plans for new model development
  • Review and verify trial data for new models before evaluations
  • Provide clear job instructions and guidelines to team members
  • Ensure all operations align with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and implement long-term business strategies
  • Ensure plant operations meet safety standards
  • Manage new product launches while balancing production efficiency and quality
  • Evaluate and approve resources (manpower, materials, equipment) for the department
  • Make decisions on capital investments related to profitability and equipment
  • Oversee risk management activities within the department

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Hands-on experience in all aspects of a painting department
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to work in Seremban

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
