JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist with day-today operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • The provision of administrative support in recruitment & training.
  • To monitor employees' leave & attendance records.
  • Responsible for training maintenance records and arrangements.
  • To assist and support HR & Admin Manager in planning and implementation of policies that adhere to company and group objectives.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
  • Handle necessary documentation related to recruitment including contacting candidates and fixing an appointment.
  • Contact references and perform background checks.
  • Maintain employee and general files.
  • To facilitate throughout the recruitment process including manpower requisition, liaise with hiring departments for updated job descriptions, etc.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new joiners' onboarding process & responsible for all the arrangements.
  • Manage the leave record and database.
  • Assist HR & Admin Manager with ad-hoc projects and duties when required.

Requirement (Mandarin Speaker Only)

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Good oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good understanding of office administration.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
