PEMERIKSA KUALITI (Q.A)

=>> QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Posses at least SPM and Diploma in any related fields. - Has good competency of writing, reading and speaking in Bahasa Melaysia & English. - Has at least ONE (1) year of working experience in Wood Base Industries and able to work under minimum supervision. - Knowledgeable in quality checking on line & at lab, quality procedures, tolls and mouldings and lab equipment's is essential. - Posses capability to work well as a team, self-motivated and willing to take challenges. =>> Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Perform regular online & offline checking on all products at every section in factory and handle problems surface during production. - Perform customer complaint tracing and checking as and when required. - Perform various online & lab test or inspection on Raw Material, W.I.P and Finished Goods as and when necessary. - Sample preparation according to customers requirements, To ensure sufficient / good quality samples to support marketing activities. - Perform Mini Press operation, conduct necessary testing prior to production to ensure only conformance materials shall be used for online production. - House Keeping at both place in labs and production line. - Support In-House & external Flooring Installation. - Perform segregation of reject panels from all the production line. =>> Special Duties / Stand-by Arrangement - Reporting to Technical Supervisor / Senior / Technical Superintendent of any nonconforming item occur. - Any other duties assigned by Superior / management from time to time. - Willing to work on shifts and overtime. - As stand-by to assume the responsibilities of other Grader / Asst. QA Inspector / QA Inspector in the event of his/her absence.
