Assistant Purchasing Officer(Junior|Can start Immediately)

Purchase all material and services for the factory.

• Monitor and follow up closely on the delivery of goods ordered.
• Issue purchase order to the supplier.
• Source for new suppliers and new items.
• Assist superior in purchasing functional.
• Filling, arranging and updating documents.
• Ensure material purchase are within the best possible price, item and quality.
• Liaise with account department for preparing payment to the supplier.
• Conduct new supplier assessment and periodical supplier evaluation.
• Ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2015 in term of documentation and standard operation procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
