Management Trainee (Production)

Production : - Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control. - Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards - Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Monitor production processes on an going basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements. - Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review. * Able to travel to China for 3 - 6 months training
