URGENTLY HIRING
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical
- Assist with licensing applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage any correspondence (e-mail, letters, documents, parcels, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle data entry, prepare reports, and assist with document creation
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or 1 year relevant working experience.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
