URGENTLY HIRING

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Assist with licensing applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage any correspondence (e-mail, letters, documents, parcels, etc.)
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Handle data entry, prepare reports, and assist with document creation
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
