Responsible for the sales account management and new business development.
Formulating business strategies, establishing account development, achieve sales targets and budget planning on quarterly and yearly basis.
Increase sales from the current customers, meantime to develop new customers and woking along with the R&D team to develop new products and concepts for both existing and new customers.
Tracking and monitoring the progress of the product development on the Company project management system and ensuring that the NPD is remain achievable and on course.
Maintain strong relationship with customers, distributor and business partners and build up company reputation in the market.
Implement workout strategies and activities that will ensure attainment of targets and thereby increase market share in key accounts.
Analyse market shares and sales performance to ensure the Company is promptly response to the area of opportunities and weaknesses.
Continuously update market and competitors information to the Managing Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
