Job Task:
Admin role involves data from various sources into the company computer for storage, processing and data management purpose.
Entering and updating information into relevant database, ensuring all data is backed up.
Checking supplier invoices with actual products and receive products as per invoices
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursement and record keeping.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control.
Requirement:
Minima SPM Holder, Diploma or Degree Finance with less than 2 years experience.
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as Ms Office (formal computer) and Software Knowledge
Attention to detail
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Ability to work time constraints
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
