Job Descriptions : 1. Lead and execute all creative-related scope-of-work for all marketing activities. 2. Lead, coach and manage team member(s) from ideation to production. 3. Conceptualize, design and produce high quality and innovative creative work, in line with brands’ guidelines and able to appeal and engage the target audience. 4.Ensure that all productions are in line with brand identity, budget, quality and deadlines. 5. Manage, edit and maintain a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to brand identity, digital and print collaterals, presentations. 6. Collaborate with other teams to devise and develop ideas for the products and target audience. 7. Keep abreast of latest design trends and technology and apply it in the production of creative work. 8. Organise and prioritise assignments in a fast-paced and result-driven environment. 9. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Marketing Manager. Job Requirements : 1. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, especially in creative advertising agencies. 2. Diploma/Degree in the related field. 3. Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. 4. Knowledge in After Effects and/or basic video editing will be an added advantage. 6. Strong understanding of art and design fundamentals with an eye for details. 7. Strong portfolio with a variety of design work from both online and offline media. 8. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 9. Must be proficient in conceptualizing, visualizing and delivering design and visual communication solutions with a good sense of style and aesthetics. 10. Able to work independently under tight deadlines. A strong multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time. 11. Highly driven to push creative boundaries and challenge status quo, excited to share new ideas and creative explorations while open for feedback and suggestions to achieve brand and business objectives. 12. Display a positive can-do attitude, friendly personality and willing to learn for self-improvement. 13. Understand latest gaming industry development. Benefits : 1.
