We are looking for: Assistant Sales Manager Industry: Wood Manufacturer Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Job Description: - Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. - Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Overseeing local and international sales, promotions and campaigns. - Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures. - Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics. - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service. - Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. - Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation. - Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. - Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with customer.
