Boarding Officer

• Handle all inward and outward clearance for vessels calling • Liaise with Port Authorities, Immigration Authority, Customs, Berth Location and operation movement. • Prepare summary of vessels condition, etc. • Handle trading certs, post stage control and class surveyor • Organized and coordinate transportation for crew, owner representatives, surveyor and other person • Assist in vetting work for schedule updating and input/output of data. • Preparing of necessary documents for delivery, i.e shipyard permit, port authority approval & etc. • Filing and records document from vessel (voyage) • Provide regular information and to assist with the compilation of reports. • Keeping close update and communication with Principal and vessel/Supt/Owner’s relating to vessel matters. • Other adhoc duties as assigned by Superior.
