Job Description

Perform hourly checking on part at production.
To ensure that Leader and Operator carry out the job accordingly.
Monitor and arrange the process that performed by Leader and Operators.
To monitor the achievement of production and rejection of parts.
To communicate and interact with all personnel from all department.
To train and make sure operator follow OS/QIS/PCRS before put into production line.
To key in correct data (operator name, scrap & defect, log off job order, enter job order, interrupt job order) at AIP terminal to ensure accurate data in HYDRA & AIP System.
Accountable for the assignment and performance of subordinates and the work output of supervised operator.
To understand all Process,Product Defect,Quality in standard requirement.
To support Engineer and Supervisor in daily routine.
To understand and confirmation labeling process on standard requirement. Daily document updating accurately; such as mold change slip, machine report, part information Check sheet etc.
To prepare standard label by customer,good filing system and ensure all production equipment in good condition.
To ensure the all waste disposal are compliance with DOE requirements.
