  • Managing customer support via Marketplace and Ecommerce sites using phone, email and online chat in a professional manner

  • Operations
  • Responsible for daily e-commerce order processing and fulfilment for different client brands using Ecommerce software and Marketplace tools
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Ecommerce, Marketing, Logistics and Finance) to ensure timely communication
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Assist Ecommerce Executive with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with monthly reporting to management and client

Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Ability to work Monday – Saturday 5.5 days
  • Comfortable and confident to communicate with all types of customers and partners
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong drive to solve customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Resourceful and able to find answers and work independently
  • Detailed oriented and hands on is a must
