JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor front-to-end process. This is a new and exciting role for candidates with a proven track record in the semiconductor industry, offering profit-sharing opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Identify market opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with >5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical sales knowledge and Mandarin speaking skills required.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
