As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • A good understanding about the client’s company and organizational goals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand the hiring needs
  • Conduct research on competitors, market mapping and industry
  • Identify and source candidates using databases, job portals and social media platforms.
  • Matching suitable candidates to relevant positions based on their experience and aspirations.
  • Pre-screening, conduct interview and shortlisting potential candidates for the role.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
  • Arrange interviews for the clients and candidates.
  • Build long term client relationship.
  • Provide career advice and consulting to clients and candidates.

The Recruiter is required to have:

  • A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development background.
  • Proven recruitment experience in a vertical industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • A team player and go-getter
  • A self-starter, driven and result oriented.
