Job Description

・ Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers.
・ Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
・ Negotiate prices and terms to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance.
・ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
・ Follow up on product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly.
・ Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate the development of new products from concept to production.
・ Review and approve product samples, ensuring they meet quality and design specifications.
・ Track and manage the progress of product development projects, providing regular updates.
・ Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all product specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood by suppliers.
・ Set up proper product data, code creation, and manage packaging and shipping instructions.
・ Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
・ Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
・ Collaborate with internal departments, such as supply chain and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Education Background: Min Certificate / Diploma in Marketing or any equivalent
  • Years of experience: 2 years of similar working experience in manufacturing industry. (*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Possess own car
  • Willingness to travel to outstation
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English (As need to supporting China supplier)

・ Education requirement: At least a Certificate/ Diploma holder in any discipline.
・ Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in supply chain related field.
・ Possess own transport.
・ Willing to travel overseas

・ Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
