Job Description

  • To monitor monthly, delinquent accounts, bad debts and to review systems to minimise debts and maximise collections.
  • To keep proper record on payments received from the tenants, letters, etc.;
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation filing & support accounting entries..
  • To maintain, control and reconcile petty cash and accounts receivable
  • To assist in opening and closing bank accounts.
  • Data Entry and Documentation
  • To assist in the handling of accounts daily tasks such as filing, data entry, banking, document checking and other tasks assigned from time to time
  • Monitor progress payment and ensure debts are collected on time.
  • Follow up with the clients on overdue debts via calls and emails.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
