CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE Roles: • Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner • Maintains customer records by updating account information • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Maintained a polite and professional telephone manner • Developed personal organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc. • Initiated investigation of enquiries, working closely with other departmental teams to ensure corrections were processed accurately and timely. • Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment. • Performed a variety of concurrent tasks, handled escalations, time critical issues, maintained time sensitive records and create reports. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits • Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and other managerial levels in the Company Requirements: • Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen and possess at least an SPM qualification • Must be able to work on shifts and weekends if required • Strong communication and interaction skills • Able to work independently and as a team player • Minimum 1 year working experience • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
