Site Engineer

1. Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects 2. Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs 3. Have good knowledge in design, cost estimation and prior experience in Civil & Structural & architectural. 4. Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works 5. Be responsible for preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages. 6. To attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors. 7. To Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing. 8. Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities. 9. On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline. 10. Follow construction safety guidelines. 11. Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications. 12. Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise supervisor. Verify that the QA/QC related to Service activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Coordinate with the Client Representative on all quality matters. Participate in the quality internal and external audits. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed. Ensure all certification requirements are clearly identified, understood and implemented
