Overview

The Merchandiser role is to put the customers at the center of everything you do, ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers online and offline. In this role, you’ll be in charge of maximizing sales opportunities and the profitability of our sales channels by providing the right directions to all stakeholders, while equipping them with the most thorough product information during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Provide pleasant shopping environment and experience by ensuring seamless flow and layout for our in-store customers as well as ecommerce channels.
  • Product roadmap: Develop merchandising strategy according to product roadmap and overall company strategy based on the latest market trends.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and available for purchase.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • People & Processes: Work actively with key stakeholders such as retail branches personnel, salesperson and product teams to understand possible gaps in their daily tasks relating to merchandising, and develop processes to boost overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Analysis: Conduct customer feedback survey and market research to ensure relevance of company service and product offerings, and build long term rapport with customers. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related Merchandiser role. Fresh graduates who are interested in agrichemical drone and agrochemical industry are welcome to apply!
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and right mindset to constantly strive for excellence.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will be working collaboratively across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language as the role will be communicating with mandarin-speaking clients.
