Job Description:

Beauty Advisor

**Position Overview:**
As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling beauty and skincare products. You will assist clients in selecting products that meet their needs, offer expert advice on beauty techniques, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:**

Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

- **Product Knowledge:**

Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, product launches, and techniques to educate customers effectively.

- **Inventory Management:**

Assist in maintaining stock levels, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing.

- **Training:**

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Passion for beauty products and trends.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Basic makeup application skills; certification in beauty or makeup artistry is a plus.

Willing to learn about makeup and skincare.
